Recomended Usage: Add herbs pack to a basin or Sitz-Bath. Add about half a gallon of boiling water. Cover and let steep for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool to comfortable temperature before sitting over steam.
Steam once a week for at least 3 consecutive months. Then maintain once or twice a month.
